When I am speaking or giving seminars, people frequently ask me what I do for my own health
and well-being.  Here are few things that I personally use and recommend:

SUPPLEMENTATION

    

     I use the most research-based supplement in North America. In fact, it is the only one allowed by the
USFDA in the Physician's Desk reference--that's the hefty manual your doctor uses in his/her office in the
United States, and the only one allowed by Health Canada in the Canadian Compendium of Pharmaceuticals
and Specialties.

PHYSICAL TRAINING

a) An hour's cardio daily, at the gym.

b) Weight Training three times a week at the gym, following the program laid out by a Personal Trainer.
